On the wedding day itself, we’re there from the morning, ensuring you and your family have everything you need. Beyond managing the event and coordinating vendors, our focus is on you, so you feel cared for, confident, and completely present in the moment.

This Package includes:

Budget & Logistics:

Custom budget planning and management tailored to your priorities.
Creation of detailed payment schedules to help you stay on track.
Review and organization of all vendor contracts to ensure your interests are protected.
Full wedding day timeline development to keep everything running smoothly.

Design & Styling:

Comprehensive consultation on event design and styling, aligned with your vision.
Guidance on selecting design vendors including lighting, audio/visual, florals, stationery, rentals (furniture, décor), and more.
Attendance at vendor meetings to represent and support you.

Vendors & Venue:

Location search and venue scouting assistance to find the perfect team.
Personalized recommendations for vendors such as photography, videography, cake, transportation, entertainment, and more.
Advice and guidance on selecting food & beverage vendors.
Acting as your main liaison with all vendors to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.

Ceremony & Reception:

Coordination with the photo and video teams to ensure the portrait list and timeline are followed.
Organization and facilitation of your ceremony rehearsal.
Coordination of all transportation logistics.

Wedding Day Management:

Full day-of coordination, beginning from the morning preparations until the last event of the evening (from setup through cake cutting and late-night stations).
Oversight of every detail and setup in the morning.
Hands-on management to keep you, your family, and your guests stress-free so you can enjoy every moment.

You’ve planned your wedding beautifully, now let us handle the final details. These packages are perfect for couples who booked their own vendors but want a professional to step in a month before and manage the wedding day.

We’ll finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and oversee the entire day so everything runs smoothly while you relax and enjoy every moment.

DAY OF COORDINATION includes:

Unlimited email and phone support.
Vendor recommendations, if needed.
Coordination begins 30 days before your wedding.
Venue visit and review of all signed contracts.
Coordination of final logistics and collection of vendor agreements.
Finalization of floor plans, guest counts, and catering details.
Help with creating a detailed wedding day timeline.
Wedding Day Management
Onsite for up to 10 hours to oversee layout, floor plan, and rental setup.
Welcome and assist vendors, ensuring they have everything needed.
Set up personal items (guestbook, place cards, favors, etc.).
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors, if required.
Direct and coordinate all key moments (ceremony, dinner, first dances, etc.).
Calmly manage and resolve any issues without disrupting the event.
Coordinate and oversee setup (teardown available at additional cost).

MONTH OF COORDINATION includes:

Everything included in our Day-of Coordination package, plus:
Ceremony Rehearsal Management
Our work together begins 30 days prior to your wedding day
Assistance with finalizing details and communicating with all vendors, including handling all correspondence
Assistance with picking up small items such as the cake, favors, or other essentials, closer to the wedding day.
Attendance at your final vendor meetings.
