Wedding Planning Services

Your Day Wedding specializes in full wedding planning. Anastasiia will plan and execute a wedding with her excellent project management skills and use her keen eye to make sure everything is elegant, chic and timeless. She works with you right from the beginning of the process, making budgets, creating mood boards , recommending vendors, drawing timelines and floor plans. We tailor all of our services to our clients needs - from free consulting, to full service wedding production, or something in between.

We are your partner through all the planning. From the beginning, we aim to get to know you on a deeper level so you can feel confident that we understand your vision and what you want to feel on your wedding day. Your story as a couple and your tastes will be the foundation of your event - even for those who don’t know what they want yet. We will be always beside you to tell you what is next and remind about the deadlines. We will be with you throughout the morning to make sure you and your family have everything you need. We not only manage your event and vendors on the day-of, but we give our attention to you as well so you can feel your best.

This Package includes:

Budget planning
Advise on design vendors, lightning, audio/visual, florals, stationary, furniture, transportation, cake, photo&video etc.
Advise on selection of all food & beverage vendors including catering and cake
Location search and scouting
Vendor liaison
Review of vendor contracts
Payment schedules
Consultation on event design and styling. Attending meetings with vendors
Floor plans and flow of the event
Advise on selection music for ceremony and reception
Assist with bridal salon appointments, hair & make up vendors, suggest them if/when necessary
Work with photo/video team to ensure the portrait list and timeline are followed
Ceremony Rehearsal organization and management. Facilitate the ceremony rehearsal to help you, your family, and your bridal party understand the mechanics of the wedding ceremony
Coordinate transportation
Assist with room blocks
Wedding day timeline
Full Day of management from our presence since the set up starts and from the morning of the bride till the cake cutting (Late night stations). We will take care of every detail to ensure you have an amazing day.

You are planning your wedding yourself and you’re doing a great job! In case you need a little hand-holding to get you through it and manage your wedding day, we are here to help you. We are your dedicated resource for any time you have questions, need recommendations, or want to bounce ideas off of someone. This package is for couples who love to plan and prefer to hire all their vendors for the big day but need to have a month of coordinator and wedding day management to make sure all the processes will go smoothly and perfectly!

This Package includes:

Unlimited email and phone support
Recommendations on the Vendors we love as/if necessary
Coordination begins 30 days out from your wedding day
Venue visit
Review of all signed contracts
Coordination of final logistics with all vendors
Collection of vendor agreements
Finalize floor plans, final counts and logistics with the vendors and caterer
Ceremony Rehearsal Management
Wedding day timeline
Day of management. We are onsite for up to (10) hours to oversee venue layout, floor plan, and rental setup to allow you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day.
Welcome vendors and ensure they have everything they need to do their best work.
Set up and arrange personal wedding accessories such as the guestbook, place cards, favors, etc.
Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors, if needed.
Direct and coordinate the timing of events with other vendors as discussed during our pre-planning, such as the ceremony processional, reception/dinner, first dances, etc
Problem-solve any foreseen hiccups in a calm demeanor that does not affect the integrity of the event.
Coordinate and oversee set up of the event (teardown can be discussed with additional charge).
